The main information for this contract is:

• transitional contract for a minimum of 6 months and a maximum of 18 months;
• A mandatory deposit of three months’ rent is required, which will be returned at the end of the tenancy after careful inspection of the flat by the staff;
• We cannot accept animals in this flat;
• Utilities to be paid by the tenant with a monthly advance payment of €100.00 with balance at the end of the rental period based on actual consumption. Flat rate of 10 € per month for drinking water already included in the advance payment. TARI re-proportioned to the months of duration of the contract;
• One-off contract registration fee of 150 €.
