The flat, cosy and bright, offers an ideal setting to relax and enjoy the fairy-tale atmosphere of this old-fashioned village.

The living room has a warm and homely atmosphere, with a sofa that converts into two comfortable single beds, perfect for children.

The kitchen, modern and functional, is equipped with all the necessary appliances to prepare your favourite dishes.

The bathroom, with its relaxing shower and practical washing machine, is perfect for freshening up after a busy day. The tastefully furnished double bedroom guarantees a peaceful and rejuvenating rest.

But the real jewel in the crown of this flat is undoubtedly an incomparable view of the lake and the island of San Giulio. The balcony will allow you to enjoy magical moments in the open air in a picture postcard setting.

To make your stay even more comfortable you have at your disposal:

• WI-FI internet connection (free wi-fi)
• free parking at the Diania car park, which is located just outside the historical centre a few hundred metres from the flat.

Just below the house you will find restaurants, wine bars, bars for breakfast and for your aperitifs, as well as a minimarket; a few steps away, instead, you will find the basic utilities such as a pharmacy, ATM and post office.

Please note that it is not allowed to enter the historical centre of Orta by car, except for loading/unloading goods and only at certain times.

We recommend this flat for a couple who wants a charming stay, with a priceless view of the island of San Giulio.

Unfortunately we cannot accommodate animals in this flat. We are very sorry!

N.B. The fireplace is not usable. It has a purely aesthetic function.

The main information for this contract is:

• available from October 2024 to April 2025 with a minimum 2 month transitory contract.
• A mandatory deposit of one month’s rent is required, which will be returned at the end of the tenancy after careful inspection of the flat by the staff.
• For the expenses (electricity, gas, water, internet, boiler maintenance, TARI and general condominium expenses) a monthly advance of 250.00 euros is required, which will be settled at the end of the contract.

Orta is the most important town of the lake, as well as the one giving the lake its name. The Island of San Giulio is part of its municipal boundaries, with its impressive basilica and its ancient history of castles and treasures, but also of dragons and saints.

To reach the island you can take one of the boats that depart regularly from the central square.

The medieval village was built on the slopes of a promontory, on which was later built the Holy Mountain, since 2003 part of the UNESCO Heritage of humanity list.
