Here we are in the village of Corconio, at the foot of the Buccione tower, where you can breathe in the scent of history that medieval villages know how to evoke.

Only those who love these hamlets can transform an old house into a feather in the cap of architecture, preserving unaltered the characteristics of a house that finds its origins in the history of other times. And so it is that the mix of stones and exposed beams create a unique atmosphere, in perfect synchrony with the modernity of the interior and with a noteworthy energy class.

The house is built on several floors that fit together like a “tetris”. Entering the entrance, we find ourselves in the living room, for which minimalist furnishings have been chosen. Going down a few steps we reach the corner kitchen which is well lit and ventilated thanks to the three windows. From the kitchen there is access to a utility room which can also be used as a pantry.

Going up the stairs you reach a multipurpose room currently furnished as a bedroom but which could become a comfortable relaxation area in the future. The same leads to the ante-bathroom, which due to its size would make it possible to set up a functional walk-in wardrobe. From here one enters the windowed bathroom with a corner bath.

The modern wooden and iron staircase leads up to the attic. Here stones and wood dominate, creating a perfect combination of the materials that characterise our region. This is where the master bedroom was created, which thanks to its size can accommodate any extra beds or a study corner.

From the room you have access to the balcony that borders the façade and that peering over the rooftops will give you a glimpse of the lake. A large shower has been chosen for the bathroom on this floor.
