The flat is strategically located a few steps from the lake and the Bagnera public beach, which is partly free and partly equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas.

In a few minutes you can reach the centre of the medieval village of Orta San Giulio, full of restaurants, shops and bars. Naturalists can also reach the centre of the village by a walk of about 2.5 km or by hiring a bicycle, which is also useful for exploring the surroundings.

The main information for this contract is:

• 1,000 € per month for a contract of at least 4 months;
• An obligatory deposit of one month’s rent is required, which will be returned at the end of the lease after careful inspection of the flat by our staff;
• The property reserves the right to evaluate the admission of four-legged friends;
• For expenses (electricity, gas, water, boiler maintenance and TARI) a monthly deposit of 100,00 euro is required, which will be settled at the end of the contract.

Miasino is a small town in the hills of Lake Orta, has about a thousand inhabitants and 479 meters above sea level.

In addition to the parish church, one of the finest buildings in the country is undoubtedly Villa Nigra, the XVI century origins but enlarged in the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries, an example of a noble country. Now houses in its beautiful setting a good restaurant.
