The upper floor can be reached both from the living room, via an internal wooden staircase with trapdoor, and via an old stone external staircase. We find a large double bedroom, and three further rooms that can be used as bedrooms or transformed according to one’s needs. All these rooms overlook the balcony that runs along the façade.

Finally, on the top floor, reached by an external staircase, we find a large and bright open loggia. The old stone and brick arches frame the spectacular view of the mountains. This floor is totally to be completed to your liking.

In addition to the main entrance to the house, which is independent, the property has a secondary entrance from the garden through an ancient arched doorway. In the shared entrance porch there is parking for motorbikes and bicycles.

There are no reserved parking spaces but there are two public car parks in the immediate neighbourhood.
