We are located in the quiet and sunny hamlet of Sovazza, the property we are proposing is situated within the well-kept historic centre.

On the ground floor (street level) we have a portico that leads to the cellar, going up the stairs on the left of the rustico we reach the first floor where through the portico we reach a room with a wood burning fireplace and another room, going up to the second floor we find another room with a front portico and going up another floor we reach the last level of the rustico with a large portico that offers a beautiful open view over the valley.

The roof was redone in the early eighties as was the last slab, this has allowed the property to be well maintained over these years.

The property outside of the roof requires an overall renovation aimed at enhancing the historical elements and the various covered porticos present on each floor. Despite being in the historical centre the construction of the building site can be facilitated by an asphalted road which passes behind the rustico where the utilities for the various connections are also located.

Sovazza is a hamlet of Armeno and its name of Latin derivation means ‘comfortable place’. It is located near the road of the Due Riviere (Two Rivieras), which joins Lake Orta and Lake Maggiore.

Armeno stands on the heights above Lake Orta at an altitude of 523 m above sea level. It is the northernmost municipality in the province as well as one of the largest territorially.

A short distance away is Mottarone with its small but sunny ski slopes and exceptional views and idyllic for tracking.
