Alice started this line of work to keep the family business going, which opened in 1987 before she was born, even if her dream was to pursue a path in archeology and museums, so she decided to merge the two things.
When she describes houses, she focalizes on the historical and artistic traits, giving even the smallest apartment the presentation it deserves, treating them like paintings in an art gallery.
She speaks English fluently and is the author of Blog di Alice, where she writes about buying houses, giving some tips and secrets to her readers. To ensure that everyone can read the articles, she translates them into English with the purpose of facilitating the acquisition of a home in Italy also for foreigners. The blog is in fact one of the first in the entire Lake Orta district to be written in two languages.
Having always been thirsty for knowledge she got a university degree in Economia e Gestione dei Beni Culturali in 2013, one in Political Science in 2016, and another one in real estate business management in 2020.
Alice lives in Orta, in a small house with a small garden, she is married and the mother of Ludovica.
