Some time ago I came across an article on Home Staging really well done and interesting.

It was not the usual article that promised miracles and the sale of the house in one day, but I found it an interesting starting point for observations.

The article headlined “There is never a second chance to make a first good impression” and I can not agree more. 1. REDUCE

Because it is important to depersonalize the house. Remove all ornaments that make it “full” and dusty. Make it clear to visitors what are the real spaces. Not everyone can feel it if the room is cluttered with furniture.

2. REFRESH

I believe this is a fundamental point. If the painting is old and dirty, or if it is painted with a too strong color (I saw rooms red, black and purple), give it a new tone that is neutral and clean. White is always the best!

3. REDECORATE

Perhaps for this step, I recommend to you the intervention of an expert home stager, because they have at their disposal a warehouse of furniture and furnishings that they can lend you until the sale of the house. Will also know surely give you sage advice on interior design.

4. REVALUE

The Home Staging serves to give a new value to your home. Think of the style you want to impress and try to carry on this little project of revaluation of your home.

5. REPAIR

6. CLEAN
