The main information for this contract is:

• available with a transitional contract for a minimum of 12 months and a maximum of 18 months
• A mandatory deposit of three months’ rent is required, which will be returned at the end of the tenancy after careful inspection of the flat by the staff
• We cannot accept animals in this flat
• Utilities to be paid by the tenant with a monthly advance payment of €100.00 to be settled at the end of the rental period based on actual consumption. Flat rate of 10 € per month for drinking water already included in the advance payment. TARI re-proportioned to the months of duration of the contract.
• Condominium expenses 27 € per month.
